The problem we were facing was that the company did not have realistic designs of documents from all around the world, to use as collateral. The GTM team and Marketing teams need access to these, so my responsibility was to design and build these.
I spent a month working on this project with the lead Graphic Designer in the company. This helped me to develop better communication skills with wider parts of the company, and intricate FIGMA skills. These designs are now used on the website, in sales decks and in promotional videos.

Alongside the lead Graphic Designer, I researched what kind of documents are most frequently seen in the company's verification flow. Using this knowledge, we searched for accurate images of these documents and set about designing them in FIGMA.
Once designed, these illustrations were turned into re-usable assets and are seen on the company's webpage, in pitch decks and in internal collateral.
Process
As seen above, the final solution was FIGMA designs of many different documents, realistically built to represent the real life versions.
These are now used across the company for internal and external use.
